They are everyone, and they are no one.
Sentient programs.
It's another training program designed to teach you one thing — if you are not one of us you are one of them.
That means that anyone we haven't unplugged is potentially an agent.
They can move in and out of any software still hard-wired to their system.
They are the gatekeepers.
We have survived by hiding from them, and by running from them, but they are guarding all the doors, they are holding all the keys, which means that sooner or later someone is going to have to fight them.
Where they have failed you will succeed.
Were you listening to me, Neo, or were you looking at the woman in the red dress?
Freeze it.

Spoken-word samples shamelessly pirated from The Matrix. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm no legal beagle, and as such I have no head for copyright shennanigens. I do, however, believe in fair attribution and royalty compensation, so whoever controls the rights for the samples I've used, please contact me and we can work out an agreement for fair compensation. Namaste!
(By the way, I don't care what anyone says. The Matrix was an awesome trilogy and, despite its cheese-factor, its message is totally solid. I tip my hat to Neo, Morpheus, and the Brothers Wachowski!)
This LP tells the story of a witch, a pair of magic gloves, & an enormous shark via wonderfully surreal electronic songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 9, 2021
